3. Can I return the ordered goods if I do not like them and what is done with the money paid for the goods?
The customer has the right to return the bought goods within 14 days starting from the date of buying, without giving his/her reasons. The returned consignment ought to contain an invoice and a written statement informing about resignation from the bought goods. The goods that are returned without giving reasons cannot be either damaged or used. The customer pays for sending back the returned goods. The shop does not accept cash on delivery packages. The money for the returned goods is transferred to the customer’s bank account. The shop does return the money for the delivery of the ordered goods. All returns ought to be sent to the address of the Mouton Interactive company with a foot-note: RETURN.
